AJS Fisheries is striving to create the UK's leading One Stop Fishery Management and Aquaculture Hub for professionals, institutions, fisheries and clubs. We offer a range of fishery management tools, products and treatments developed over thirty years of practical experience.
In addition, we are happy to provide a fishery management helpline for anyone who needs guidance or help with any aspect of water body or aquatic life management.
Finally, not forgetting our fisheries themselves, we have over 200 acres of stunning angling venues, including specimen carp, course and trout waters located across Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire with a new online application and booking system.

Ben is a Fisheries Management & Aquaculture Graduate with extensive knowledge & practical experience. Second in command he leads our Fishery Surveys, Events, Social Media & Education Programs & is a Fully Qualified Angling Trust Coach. Ben is a passionate all round angler and enjoys all aspects of fisheries management, especially seeing the positive transformation of our projects here at AJS fisheries which make all his hard work worthwhile.

AJS is owned and run by Anthony Silvester, a Fisheries Science graduate with over 30 years practical experience of fisheries and waterbody management. Presently he oversees 300 acres of angling lakes, a CEFAS registered fish farm & a rapidly expanding range of Fishery Management Products. For a number of years Anthony lectured fishery management and fish farming, and remains committed to helping clients get the best out of their waters.
The newest member of the AJS team, Sam is an Aquaculture and fisheries management graduate, with extensive wildlife knowledge. He is a level 1 Angling Trust qualified fishing coach and a passionate angler. He brings experience in ornamental tropical fish keeping, pond design and Koi carp husbandry from the UKs leading ornamental supplier. He has specialised in bio-security and tropical aquatic plants for several years and loves sharing his knowledge.
